We like to think of Ibiza similar to Wales in the UK. Nice rolling hills, short climbs, single track path. But Ibiza enjoys good weather almost all year round, with just a little bit of rain in December and January. In July and August expect heat, but also welcome shade as you ride through richly forested land you probably don't expect to find here.
Ibiza is Mountain Biking Heaven
Ibiza provides good temperatures for riding throughout the year. The terrain is great for getting the most out of your day as every climb has its rewards with downhill single track and flowing trails.
Ibiza has an international reputation for its great parties in the summertime, creating an image of a party-packed island but this is not the case. The main party areas amount to a small percentage of the island, namely Sant Antonio and Playa D'en Bossa from July to the end of September.
If you have a DJ you are interested in it's worth going to the main events - just make sure to get some pre-door tickets!
There are many other areas to see and stay in, many things to do and a lot of beautiful nature to be taken in. A week spent here in summer can be as tranquil or as hectic as you like.
In the winter time everything changes. Quietness sets in, the nature changes and there is still a nice island to enjoy.
You can do other sports here from wind surfing, rock climbing, horse riding and even outdoor remote control car racing - oh and go-karts and other stuff.
Ibiza doesn't have to be expensive. If you know where to go (and we do) you can have a well budgeted holiday.
There is a great variety of food, great restaurants, excellent bars, beautiful sunset settings with hand drum hippy parties on the beach, flea markets, hippy markets, history of Ibiza and much more.
